NEW YORK, August 27, 2026 — NFP, an Aon company and leading property and casualty (P&C) broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement plan advisor, has appointed Sarah Griffith as senior vice president Property and Casualty (P&C), and market leader for Atlanta and Nashville. Based in Atlanta, Griffith will report to Meg McSherry, managing director, P&C, Atlantic Region.

With nearly two decades of experience in commercial insurance and risk management, Griffith has advised complex corporate and middle-market clients through challenging market conditions, major transactions and significant claims. She has led sophisticated financial and professional liability placements and developed risk management strategies for Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, Griffith served as an associate client executive at a leading insurance broker, where she oversaw strategic client relationships and risk advisory services.
A recognized innovator and leader within the industry, Griffith is a two-time Risk & Insurance Power Broker award winner and was named an Insurance Business America Rising Star in 2020.
