NFP Opens New Office Space in Palm Beach Gardens

Supports and accelerates NFP’s long-term commitment to the Florida market

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – October 11, 2022 – NFP, a leading property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement advisor, today announced it has opened new office space in Palm Beach Gardens. The company has signed a long-term lease for 20,000 square feet in DiVosta Towers, a state-of-the-art Class A office complex. The new office space in DiVosta’s North Tower expands NFP’s presence in South Florida for the benefit of its clients and aligns with its people-first culture by providing a high-quality work environment for NFP team members in the area, including Doug Hammond, NFP’s chairman and CEO.

“Our new office in DiVosta Towers is exceptional in many ways and will help broaden NFP’s visibility across the state,” said Hammond. “The space allows us to better support the many needs of our customers. I’m excited to bring our people together in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and grow our Florida business. I also look forward to living in the area and actively engaging with the South Florida community.”

Bill Austin, managing director for NFP in South Florida, will lead the new office. Austin is a Palm Beach County resident and drives company efforts to connect with the community. He is a member of the Business Development Board, Palm Beach County’s official economic development council, and led the formation of NFP’s long-term partnership with the Palm Beach North Athletic Foundation. Notably, the South Florida Business Journal named NFP a 2022 Best Places to Work honoree, a recognition of NFP’s culture that advances its efforts to attract and retain top talent.

For example, employees from NFP-owned Wealthspire Advisors, as well as those from other NFP offices, will work together in the new office. This aligns with the company’s focus on helping clients overcome a variety of challenges by deploying integrated expertise and solutions.
