NEW YORK - January 23, 2023 - NFP, a leading property and casualty broker (P&C), benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement advisor, today announced the appointment of Lauren Kim as managing director, head of its Financial Institutions Group (FIG). As the head of FIG, part of NFP's Specialty business, Kim will work to advance NFP's sophisticated solutions that help financial institutions address a variety of risks, while aligning capabilities and expertise within the FIG team to better serve clients. The company also announced that Marc Tauber, senior vice president, will lead FIG's broking and advisory team; Patrick O'Neill, senior vice president, will lead large accounts; and Justin Corey, senior vice president, will lead business development.

Kim, who joined NFP in July 2020 as senior vice president, legal and technical leader, FIG, previously served as the financial institutions claims practice leader at QBE North America. Prior to this, she practiced law at Wilson Elser. Kim earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and communications from Wheaton College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
