66% of companies are making changes to better support mental well-being

One of the biggest takeaways from NFP's 2022 U.S. Employer Benefits Survey was that, over the last year, about two-thirds of companies report they have adjusted their policies and procedures to better support the mental well-being of their employees, as featured in Fortune.

'There's always been that focus on mental health. But now we see more of an equal focus on mental well-being,' said Kim Bell, NFP's executive vice president, head of health and benefit.
