Mike leads Aon’s middle market strategy, including NFP, to drive growth, strengthen its people-first culture and advance the company's position as a leading global insurance broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement plan advisor. He is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while creating opportunities for colleagues to grow and succeed.

Mike joined NFP in 2003 and has served in a series of leadership roles across the organization. Over more than two decades, he has helped drive the company's growth, built high-performing teams, led strategic operations across multiple business lines and built relationships across every level of the organization. He was named president of NFP's Central region in 2019 and expanded his leadership responsibilities to include the West region in 2023.

Throughout his career, Mike has focused on helping clients navigate complex challenges through integrated solutions that reduce risk, manage costs, support workforce engagement and drive long-term success. A strong advocate for NFP's people-first culture, Mike is passionate about developing talent, empowering future leaders and fostering an environment where colleagues can thrive.

He believes exceptional client service begins with engaged employees and supports initiatives that promote development, recognition and well-being. In 2015, Mike was recognized as one of Business Insurance's Top 40 Under 40 insurance professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago.
