Beth Robertson
President, Health and Benefits
Beth has more than 20 years of experience in health and welfare benefit strategy, financial management, human resources and human resource technology. Her career in employee benefits has spanned multiple market segments and industries, with a heavy focus on government contractors, not-for-profit organizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Since 2005, Beth has held various regional positions at NFP, with responsibilities across client-facing and operational functions. She also spent two years at Mercer as a principal consultant in their Washington, DC, office before returning to NFP in 2017. In 2018, Beth was recognized by BenefitsPRO magazine as one of the top-five brokers in the U.S.
Beth is a founding advisory board member of NFP’s Diversity and Inclusion board and is a former board member for the March of Dimes for the greater Washington, DC, area. A native of Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of Penn State University.
