Eligible Risks

  • Private sector firearms training such as basic pistol, home defense, etc.
  • Security guard training.
  • Limited military/law enforcement training to marksmanship and shooting fundamentals.
  • Guests will sign an approved liability waiver/assumption of risk form.
  • Parents or guardians of minors will sign an indemnity agreement.
  • Instructors must hold NRA or equivalent certifications for instruction.

Ineligible Risks

  • Operations where primary instruction is in non-firearms classes such as driving skills, martial arts, etc.
  • International operations.Instruction in explosives, IEDs or similar devices.
  • Any account permitting alcohol to be consumed prior to or during activities.
  • Situational or scenario-based law enforcement or military training.
  • Automatic weapons.
