Caleb Noel

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Caleb leads NFP’s Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Controllership and Internal Audit divisions. Caleb plays an integral role in NFP’s growth and achieving its financial goals. He also serves as a strategic advisor across the organization, building and executing NFP’s strategy across its global businesses. 

He first joined NFP in 2000 and has held multiple leadership positions in operations, sales and financial planning and analysis, most recently as senior vice president, Finance and Operations.

Caleb is involved in several not-for-profit and community organizations, serves on the National Governing Board and the Austin Leadership Council for JoyRx, is a member of the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program, and serves in various roles with Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) and the Austin Wine and Food Foundation. 

From 2005 to 2007, Caleb was vice president of Finance for Scottish Holdings, a division of a life reinsurance company headquartered in Bermuda, before returning to NFP in 2007.  

Prior to joining NFP in 2000, Caleb was with the investment banking division of Prudential Securities (now Wells Fargo & Company). He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Georgetown University.
