Adam leads NFP’s seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, which plays a pivotal role in our growth by acquiring firms that enhance and scale our capabilities both nationally and internationally. As the first point of contact in all potential acquisitions, he ensures each opportunity aligns economically and culturally with NFP’s values and our commitment to employees and clients. From identifying prospects and negotiating deals to closing transactions and integrating new partners, Adam and his team strategically expand NFP’s service offerings and position the company for long-term success. Adam has been a strategic executive on NFP’s M&A team since 2010. His previous experience includes financial leadership roles at both FGIC and GE Capital. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration in international business from Fairfield University.
