NEW YORK – January 5, 2023 – NFP, a leading property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager, and retirement plan advisor, has announced the formation of its Human Capital Solutions practice. In forming the practice, NFP is bringing together its diverse capabilities in the US and expanding its portfolio of HR services and products across North America, Europe and beyond.
Over the past few years, NFP has executed a strategy to enhance its ability to help employers solve their biggest people challenges. The company has achieved this by acquiring six firms with various HR specialties, adding exceptional talent, and cultivating beneficial resources and partnerships that complement existing resources. The subsequent integration of people, firms and technology has streamlined how NFP builds customized human capital solutions for its clients and elevates the value employers and employees receive from NFP.

The company also announced it has promoted Maria Trapenasso to serve as national practice leader, Human Capital Solutions. Trapenasso, an HR industry veteran who has been with NFP for over a decade, will lead efforts to combine NFP’s expertise, experience and capabilities in the human capital space and present a comprehensive offering to clients.
