With new challenges arriving daily and unique stressors weighing on each of us, well-being often becomes an afterthought. The reality is that well-being should be the focus — if we don’t take care of ourselves, how can we expect to keep up with our responsibilities? And if we don’t take care of our employees, how can we expect them to deliver results?
On March 14th, we discussed the importance of creating an end-to-end employee well-being experience. We focused on how successful wellness programs leverage both technology and creativity to increase employee engagement in an environment of constant change.
