NFP Expands Its Executive Benefits Team in the Houston Market
Acquisition strengthens NFP’s nonqualified deferred compensation and corporate-owned life insurance capabilities

NEW YORK – November 5, 2018 – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property and casualty (P&C), retirement and individual private client solutions, today announced that it has acquired a team specializing in nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans for clients in the energy sector, with additional capabilities in corporate-owned life insurance (COLI), supplemental disability, wealth management and wealth transfer solutions for individual clients. The transaction closed effective Aug. 3, 2018.

Expanding NFP’s presence in Houston, Texas, the team will be led by Chuck Bracht, who joins as vice president of business development for NFP’s Executive Benefits division. Bracht and his team bring decades of consulting experience to the table.
