NEW YORK – November 6, 2018 – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, property and casualty (P&C), retirement and individual private client solutions, today announced that it has acquired Fullerton Insurance Service, Inc. (Fullerton). The transaction closed effective Oct. 1, 2018.
Founded in 1929, Fullerton is an insurance broker located in Southern California that provides P&C and group benefits capabilities to commercial and personal clients. Former principals of the firm, Leslie and Kevin McCarthy, will join NFP as vice presidents of NFP’s P&C division, reporting to Roger Wilber, a senior vice president of NFP’s P&C division.
