NEW YORK – July 8, 2019 – NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty, corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced that John McNally has joined the M&A Transaction Risk Practice Group as national practice leader.
McNally, who will be based in New York, brings 20 years of experience in advising private equity and corporate clients on best insurance products to support M&A transactions. He is well versed in the structuring and placement of representations and warranties, contingent tax, litigation risk, fraudulent transfer and successor liability insurance solutions. McNally will report to Henry Lombardi, executive vice president and head of NFP’s Property and Casualty division, and lead the senior hires of Andrew Pelzer, Vipul Kumar and Mike Sharkey, who joined NFP in June.
John brings an impressive repertoire of international experience in the transaction advisory space, having worked in both London and New York" said Lombardi.
