Join us as we discuss the ACA employer mandate and its rules on administering offers of coverage when a change in employment status occurs. The presentation will begin by explaining the general rules that dictate when an employer must maintain an offer of coverage. We will then identify the situations in which an offer of coverage may be impacted by a change in employment status, providing examples for practical application. By the end of the presentation, attendees will better understand the employer mandate’s offer of coverage requirements and how to administer offers of coverage when a change in employment status occurs.
