Lombardi, NFP’s executive vice president, is assuming leadership of NFP’s Property & Casualty (P&C) business and will join NFP’s Executive Management Committee. Lombardi will spearhead operational, growth and strategic initiatives across NFP’s P&C business.
In his new role, reporting to Ed O’Malley, EVP and head of Insurance Brokerage and Consulting, Lombardi will be responsible for managing NFP’s P&C business and will continue to work closely with NFP’s regional leadership teams to advance the growth and quality of NFP’s P&C offerings across the company. Lombardi joined NFP in 2017, bringing three decades of prior P&C industry experience.
